Orders
Every order from your website lands in the Orders menu. Open an order, then follow the built-in guided process through to printing a shipping label and having the courier pick it up.
Before you start
- ✓Shipping is set live. If not, finish the Shipping tutorial first.
- ✓Payments is active so buyers can check out.
Steps
Open Orders
Select the Orders menu. Every order coming in from your website is logged here.
Follow the guided order process
Open an order, then follow the step-by-step guide provided on the Orders page.
Print a label and wait for pickup
Process the order through to printing a shipping label. After that, the courier will pick up the package.
Your order has been processed
Track the status of your next orders in the Orders menu. New order notifications are also sent to the email you set in Shipping.
