1. 1Tier 1 — Marketplace (Free): Access to SOPAN consultant marketplace only. No health analysis, no roadmap.
2. 2Tier 2 — Foundations (Rp 199,000/month): Health analysis, growth roadmap, consultant matching, money-back guarantee. No project discount.
3. 3Tier 3 — Growth (Rp 599,000/month): Everything in Tier 2 + AI business tools + 10% discount on all projects.

When you engage a consultant through SOPAN, a 10% platform fee applies to all projects, plus 11% PPN tax.

1. 1Tier 1 (Free) — 10% platform fee added to the project price. No discount. You pay full price + 10% fee.
2. 2Tier 2 (Rp 199,000/month) — 10% platform fee added to the project price. No discount. You pay full price + 10% fee.
3. 3Tier 3 (Rp 599,000/month) — 10% platform fee added, offset by a 10% project discount. The discount fully offsets the fee.

Every project is protected by a milestone-based money-back guarantee. If your consultant does not deliver what was agreed, you get your money back. Before a project starts, you and your consultant agree on specific deliverables for each KPI.

If a KPI is not delivered, you can either (1) receive that KPI's portion of the project value back as a refund, or (2) ask the consultant to complete the missing deliverable.

The guarantee covers deliverables, not business outcomes. If the consultant delivers what was agreed (e.g., a loan application package) but the bank rejects your loan, that is not covered.

For projects to succeed, you agree to:

1. 1Provide accurate financial documents and business information.
2. 2Respond to consultant requests within a reasonable timeframe.
3. 3Clearly communicate your needs and expectations.
4. 4Confirm KPI completion within 7 days of delivery (or raise a dispute).

If you cause delays (unresponsive, missing documents, changing scope), the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

If you are not satisfied with a KPI delivery:

1. 1Raise a dispute within 7 days of expected delivery.
2. 2Provide details on what was not delivered as agreed.
3. 3The consultant has 48 hours to respond.
4. 4SOPAN reviews and makes a final decision within 72 hours.

We review all project documentation and communication. Our decision is final.

1. 1Subscription fees are charged monthly to your payment method.
2. 2Project fees are paid upfront before work begins.
3. 3All payments are held in escrow until KPIs are confirmed.
4. 4Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Active projects are not affected by subscription cancellation — you must complete or formally close any ongoing projects.
