SOPAN connects you with pre-qualified SMEs who need your expertise. We handle client acquisition, document processing, and project coordination so you can focus on delivering great work.

1. 1SMEs subscribe to SOPAN and complete a business health analysis.
2. 2We match them with consultants based on their specific needs.
3. 3You receive leads with pre-processed financials and business insights.
4. 4Both parties agree on KPIs and deliverables before the project starts.
5. 5You deliver each KPI, the client confirms, you get paid.

SOPAN charges a 10% platform fee on all projects. This fee is deducted from your payout after project completion.

Understanding which tier your matched client is on helps set expectations:

1. 1Tier 1 — Free subscription, no project discount. Marketplace access only.
2. 2Tier 2 — Rp 199,000/month, no project discount. Health analysis, roadmap, matching.
3. 3Tier 3 — Rp 599,000/month, 10% off all projects. Everything in Tier 2 + AI tools + discount.

Some SMEs subscribe to our Tier 3 plan, which includes a 10% discount on all projects. For these clients:

1. 1Pre-processed documents — all financials already extracted, structured, and analyzed.
2. 2Detailed business analysis — 7-dimension health score with insights before your first call.
3. 3Higher close rates — these clients are paying Rp 599,000/month, they are serious.
4. 4Project manager support — we handle all coordination, scheduling, and scope management.

Net result — you give up 10% revenue but save 30–40% of your typical project overhead. Most consultants find Tier 3 clients more profitable per hour.

SOPAN offers clients a milestone-based money-back guarantee. This guarantee protects clients and ensures quality across the platform. Every project is structured around KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Before the project starts, you and the client agree on specific deliverables for each KPI.

If you fail to deliver a KPI, the client has two options: (1) Refund — receive that KPI's portion of the project value back, or (2) Fix — ask you to complete the missing deliverable.

1. 1Client pays upfront into SOPAN escrow.
2. 2You complete the project and the client confirms each KPI.
3. 3After confirmation (or the 7-day dispute window), funds are released to you.
4. 4Payout within 3 business days to your registered bank account.

By joining SOPAN, you agree to:

1. 1Honor the 10% discount for Tier 3 clients.
2. 2Respond to matched leads within 48 hours.
3. 3Use SOPAN KPI templates for scoping and delivery.
4. 4Deliver all agreed KPIs or accept partial refunds for missed deliverables.
5. 5Maintain professional quality standards.
6. 6Not take SOPAN-introduced clients off-platform for 12 months.

If a client disputes a KPI delivery:

1. 1The client raises a dispute within 7 days of expected delivery.
2. 2You have 48 hours to respond with evidence.
3. 3SOPAN reviews and rules within 72 hours.
4. 4Our decision is final.

We review all project documentation, communication logs, and deliverables. Fair consultants have nothing to worry about.
