Before you start
- ✓Business Profile is already filled in. If not, finish the Business Profile tutorial first.
Steps

Open the Discovery Chat menu
In your dashboard, select Discovery Chat under Setup.

Get to know SONAR’s AI
Answer the AI’s questions about your business, like your products, target buyers, and what makes your store stand out.

Move on to Ground Truth
Once you’re done, the conversation is summarized into Ground Truth.
Discovery Chat is complete
Check the summary of your answers in Ground Truth.
